Our
Story
P.T. Farm Co., Ltd. began its journey in 1995 when the founder, inspired by the emerging concept of Contract Farming, started raising chickens using this innovative model. Contract Farming is a system where small-scale farmers enter into agreements with large companies to sell their products in advance. At that time, it was a new approach to poultry farming, and the business started with three large open poultry houses, each capable of holding around 10,000 chickens.
In the early days, chicken farming relied heavily on manual labor. Tasks such as adjusting the temperature in the poultry houses, feeding and watering the chickens, collecting eggs, and administering medications or vaccines were all done by hand, requiring significant time and effort. Despite the labor-intensive nature of the work, the founder recognized the potential for growth in the business. Today, the farm has grown from 30,000 chickens to an impressive 5 million chickens, continuing to thrive under the leadership of the next generation.
